In-Home Personal Training
Frameworks Home Fitness is a personal training service on Long Island geared towards encouraging healthier lifestyles through proper and carefully planned exercise. Frameworks offers individualized, goal-oriented programs to each client through a series of creative, challenging, and above all, effective workouts.
Based in Sag Harbor, I will travel to your location (home or office) for sessions. I'm able to travel up to about 20 miles to train, but I try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible when it comes to distance.

Jared Reed is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). As a lifelong fitness enthusiast and gifted track & field athlete, Jared offers personal training services to clients of all age groups and strives to use fitness to help improve the lives of each person he works with.
He has experience training youth (ages 11-17) through his volunteer efforts at SquashBusters in Boston, MA as well as experience training healthy adults both in-home and at fitness facilities for over 4 years. Above all else, Jared's aim is to help people enjoy exercising and to teach them how to make exercise a part of their daily routines.
