*For package sessions, it is strongly recommended that we schedule at least 2 sessions per week for optimal results and to establish consistency. All sessions in a package are one hour long.
**The purpose of the Intro Package is to provide the client with a sample of what typical training sessions are like. It also gives me an opportunity to learn the client's strengths and weaknesses, which aids in the development of an individualized program.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please try to inform me the day before our scheduled session.
